The list of calls visible on the touch panel on each forklift truck allows for perfect coordination of goods deliveries.
The status of all calls is visualized in real time, and each event is logged and remembered by the system. Thanks to this, it is possible to generate reports on the reaction times of trucks, with a breakdown for each operator or production station
Step 1
The operator reports a production problem using a button or touch panel. A production fault can also be detected automatically by sensors.
Step 2
Reported disturbances are visible on monitors, in the management application, signaled by a light column, and can also be sent via e-mail and SMS. Notification of a disturbance is automatically generated by the system and directed to the appropriate people, distinguishing the type of problem.
Step 3
An ANDON report may force the worker to choose the cause of the downtime. They can be ended from the application window or directly at the production station. The system records the time of reporting the failure and the time the service was started by the maintenance department.
