Simple problem reporting
The Andon module is designed to improve the production process by signaling the place of downtime / event.
Disruptions in production can be detected automatically by the system on the basis of data collected from the machine or can be reported manually by the operator using a button installed on the machine / workstation or via the touchscreen operator panel.
Step 1
Report a problem
A production disturbance can be detected automatically by the system through sensors, based on data retrieved from the machine, or can be reported manually by the operator.
For this purpose, the operator can use a button installed on the machine / workstation or a touch operator panel.
Step 2
Notification of services
The reported failure is visible on the visualization monitors, in the management application and is signaled by a light column / sound signal. Notification of a disturbance is automatically generated by the system and directed to the appropriate people, distinguishing by the type of problem (UTR services, production leader / master, technologist, quality control).
Step 3
Solution
Thanks to the possibility of escalating emerging problems, all information related to production can be transferred to people higher in the employment hierarchy in a timely manner. Such an approach to the requests / Andons eliminates the problem of failure to take or omit the request.
Step 4
Supplementing the cause and resuming production
Based on the information collected by the system, MES system users are able to easily and simply generate reports on an ongoing basis. These reports in an understandable form inform the user about the progress or completion of work related to the situation.
Real-time machine monitoring
Real-time machine monitoring. It enables the registration of their performance with the simultaneous visualization of key data in graphic form on visualization screens located in the production hall.
The system integration with machines and production lines allows you to retrieve important information about their condition and work pace on a regular basis.
In addition to calculating availability, quality, performance and OEE, the system calculates the most important TPM indicators, such as: MTTR, MTTF, MTBF.

Production data presentation
Visualizations of the current state of the machine park are the main work tool, primarily for machine operators and line leaders.
With each implementation of the system implementation, the scope and type of displayed visualizations are adapted to the client’s business needs.
Information such as: working time, downtime, Andon duration, current order number, current station status and many other parameters of the machine’s operation can be presented.

Full configurability of the visualization
We have many visualization templates in the CyberVision application. Sometimes there is a situation in which we create a visualization dedicated to the characteristics of the client’s work. On the example, we present the visualization of the furnace temperature together with the location of special trolleys.
Paging system
The call module, thanks to a clear panel intended for services such as Maintenance, Quality or Logistics, significantly improves the operation and response of these departments to requests. The module enables monitoring the response time of services to received reports.
Creation of products and orders
The module allows you to create any product in the system. The necessary parameters are assigned to each product: name, code, maximum and default yields.
Based on the defined products, production orders are created, which are then planned for individual positions in terms of hours, positions and shifts. Each order has many options, e.g. automatic or manual launch or closing after reaching the assumed quantity.
Planning in the form of Gantt charts
Orders assigned to positions are presented in the form of Gantt charts. In addition, the user has the option of planning breaks and services on individual machines. Scheduled orders are visible in the operator panel.
Operators can start, pause and end production orders, add comments.

Monitoring of all machine states
The work of machines can be analyzed on the basis of a graphical preview of the course of the production process. CyberVision allows you to view this information in real time.
The system monitors and visualizes the binary states of the machine, variable parameters such as: temperature, pressure, speed, feed, rotations and logs, which are displayed by the machine containing information about the tools or programs used.

Timeline of the work station
The Timeline tab shows all machines that are connected to the system. As a result, system users have an ongoing overview of information such as machine status and the currently implemented production order in a very accessible graphic form
Integration with ERP / APS / CMMS
The CyberVision system can be integrated with any ERP system used in the enterprise. In addition, we can use APS class systems to supply the system with production orders. The CyberVision system supports the production area, but can also be a power source for CMMS systems
Information sent
The CyberVision application can send information to the ERP system about completed orders, quantities and rejects, moreover, information about the order status can be sent to the ERP system on an ongoing basis. Integration with CMMS systems allows you to send information from the CyberVision system about reported Andons and on this basis create tickets in the CMMS system.
Information collected
The CyberVision application can download information from the ERP / APS system about products and orders to be carried out on individual machines at the database level. Information can also be imported from text files or Excel spreadsheets.
Method of data exchange
The exchange of information between systems can be based on the xml file exchange. or information exchange at the database level. In addition, the CyberVision application can be run on the currently used infrastructure of production kiosks with which the ERP system is operated.
Dedicated views
The Manager’s screen is a view designed for people who care about quick and visual understanding of the situation in the company. It is a kind of dashboard summarizing the most important information about the production process carried out with the support of the CyberVision system. The view allows you to go to the general information about the positions, up to detailed data about the parameters of its work.
Create dependencies
It is a system functionality that allows you to generate actions depending on the exact production parameters that are archived in the CyberVision system. The system monitors the assumptions and, when they are met, generates an appropriate action, e.g. after exceeding the temperature on the selected sensor in the machine, the system activates Andon and sends a text message to the appropriate people. Another example is the generation of Andons at the moment of detecting the assumed amount of defective products, but only in the case when no Andons on the stand are active. Thanks to this module, we can flexibly adapt the application to the expectations of customers.

Paperless in a production plant
A contemporary problem is the excess of documents accompanying operators in the production process. Printing and storing documents is a difficult task, especially when the dynamics of change is high.
Paperless is the replacement of paper documents with digital equivalents. We meet the latest trends and enable the display of documents in the CyberVision system.
Viewing any documents and videos
The system user can upload any documents and videos that the operator will be able to display directly on the stand via the touch screen. Operators have a quick overview of the plant’s health and safety procedures and assembly instructions for individual products.

In-process control
The bench inspection module includes the operator checking previously defined parameters. The system user has the option to freely configure the fields in the form, for example, it can be the measurement of temperature, humidity, verification of the completeness of tools, control of raw materials at the entrance to the process or checking the work safety at the position. The system may require the operator to complete the data before starting the production process and will not allow the order to start without completing the form first. As a result, the customer obtains full verification and archiving of additional production parameters not related to the machines
Supervision of non-conformities
The CyberVision system supports safety and quality management in the production plant. Operators have the option of reporting incidents, thanks to which we store all information on the quality and safety level in the system.
Cross of incompatibility
The information is displayed in the form of a cross on which each day of a given month is presented. Thanks to this, the recipient of information has a simple and quick knowledge of the information that interests him. The non-compliance cross can be displayed not only in the application interface, but also on visualization screens

Mode of action
The application allows you to create a sequence of settings in the machine or run its parts / all directly from the CyberVision application and the operator panel.
Assumptions
The functional assumption of the module is to create a network of connections between machines and devices included in the operation of the system. The main goal is to facilitate the operator’s work and relieve him of repetitive activities, while reducing the number of errors.
Benefits
Thanks to the use of the industrial Internet of Things, production processes carried out in factories are optimized and the repeatability of products is increased.
Automatic sending of notifications
The system allows you to send short text notifications through various information channels. Interested users (leaders, managers, shift masters, maintenance workers, quality, logistics) receive notifications in the form of SMS or e-mail with information about the downtime or failure, along with its cause and location of the position where the problem occurred.
Support for quality processes
The information obtained from the machines is constantly updated in the system. Operators can review the information contained in the system and update its quantity. Additionally, defective items counted in the system can be assigned to defined rejection categories. Thanks to this, the quality department knows the exact categories of defective products and can effectively implement corrective actions.
